Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx (€12.95) – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over €50 – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is designed to be as refined as our aesthetic. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, please follow these simple steps:

General Conditions

  • Timeframe: 15 days from the date of receipt
  • Item Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt must be included
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear (maillots de bain) and underwear (bloomers, bodies) cannot be returned or exchanged once packaging is opened, except in case of manufacturing defects.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Authorization Request: Email your return request to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template:

  2. Package Preparation: Once approved, carefully pack items with all original accessories and tags
  3. Shipping: Send the package to (return shipping costs are your responsibility):

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card via Visa/MasterCard/JCB or PayPal account)
  • Initial Shipping Costs: Not refundable
  • Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive your return
  • Shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error
